These are my Copyright Rules and Terms of Use for my designs:

▪ You may use the designs to put on items for sale.
▪ You may stitch out KatieDo.com designs as many times as you like (no limit)
▪ You may change colors or alter the design to fit your personal needs, but may not alter the design for any items intended for resale.
▪ You may not sell, trade, share, or distribute the actual design, whether in part or whole, without express written permission from Kathleen Fields dba KatieDo.com
▪ You may not edit my design so it is changed and then claim it as your own.
▪ You may not use a program to edit, or take portions of my designs and claim them as your own.
▪ You may not use my design to make another design or create a template with it to make other designs.
▪ You may not distribute my design on any list, group, or auction site for sale, trade, swap, etc.
▪ Once you purchase my designs or cd's, you purchase the rights to use them for your lifetime.

▪ Terms of Use are a legally binding contract. This Agreement governs the relationship between the web site owner and visitors to the web site.
